Vouchers not redeemed even though Discovery says it was!!!

Hello,

I had vouchers that I tried to redeem at the Dischem Mall of Africa, which didn't go through. I called the call centre and logged the issue. Only today did I get a response from Discovery to say that vouchers had been redeemed when in actual fact this was not the case!! I am not at all happy and I want my R300 back!!
