Voucher still outstanding!

I decided to use my Discovery Miles for the first time and purchase a R500 Reggies vouchers on the Vitality Mall website on the 11th.<br> But it is the 18th today, after two emails and three phone calls to William, I was promised that I would receive the voucher before 11am today. Sadly still no voucher has arrived.<br> I phoned the call centre once again. Was told the voucher would reach me before the end of the day. No explanation as to why I waited days for the voucher of why I was told I would receive it before eleven this morning and still haven't received it.<br> I asked to speak to the manager on duty and was told she is in a meeting and would phone me back. Still no response.<br> I have a two month old baby and organized especially for someone to come and help me so I could go purchase his diapers with the voucher. This is the second time I have had to pay cash for diapers as I still didn't receive the voucher.<br> Extremely inconvenient and I was so excited initially to see I could use my miles at Reggies for diapers!<br>
