Voucher

Good day

On the 20th April I got an email saying that I have won a R1000 fuel voucher, I have been following up on the delivery status from 3 May, today is the 17th May and still I have not yet received the voucher and every time I try to followup on whats going on the response is only that an email would be send to find out and I have not received any clarity
