I signed up for the discovery medical aid, gap cover, bank, credit card, vitality and gym membership on the basis of receiving the wonderful benefits from vitality.

The agents all assured me il get the benefits I was looking for with signing on to vitality active. After signing up for it and making the financial commitments to all the other aspects as requested. I am still not getting the benefits that I was sold over the phone on recorded lines. Now their complaints team say there’s nothing they can do about it. Really???? Misspelling a product is ******* Discovery Vitality. Get your staff trained. I will take legal action for being missold.
