VITALITY - ZERO FEEDBACK & RESPONSE
I have called Discovery Vitality on numerous occasions but you end up waiting an age with no response.<br> Frustrated with the telephonic option I have subsequently sent an email , various tweets and direct messages and still no response.<br> This level of service seems to becoming the norm with Discovery.<br> UNACCEPTABLE !!!
