Vitality WL rewards and consultants incompetencies over a simple issue

I just got off a 44min call with Bee(I think that is her name. I did the the Vitality WL rewards that ended the 2 Oct 2018, I went for verified weigh in on the 5th Oct, the App kept saying I must wait until the 9th Oct for finalization, after the 9th it has been saying no verified weigh in was received, I send you the email I got from Clicks pharmacy as proof, then Chane Alves rep**** on the 11th oct saying " we can confirm your verified weigh in has been allocated on your WL rewards, but the APP still said " no verified details received" and I still have not received my 1000 points for being on goal. so I emailed again, today the 12thCASEY-LEE MC GEER rep**** and said " we have successfully captured your verified weigh in in which took place on the 5/10/18.pls note that we only allocate points for this event once a week and we had already captured a verified weigh in for that week on the 1/10/18 so we are unable to allocate points again( WHAT VERIFIED WEIGHT WERE YOU CAPTURING ON THE 1T OCT????? BECAUSE I ONLY WENT TO VERIFIED ON THE 5TH?????? NOW THAT I CALL IN BEE HAD TO GO SPEAK CASEY-LEE WHO IS NOW CHANGING STORIES SAYING SHE SHE DIDNT MEAN WHAT SHE WROTE ON THE EMAIL, WHAT GAMES ARE THIS?? IM USING MY AIRTIME, DATA AND TIME TO DO THIS, STOP WASTING MY TIME Bee had to send me to some doc on the website that says I have to do the weigh in by when etc, how come such info is not on the APP?? and when you call in nobody tells you this things?? so how are we supposed to guess this?? to a normal mind you will only understand that you must wait until the last day of your 12th week to go get verified weight cause your cycle ended, so if you know differently it is YOUR DUTY TO LET ME KNOW, NOT TELL ME WHEN I AM NOW ASKING YOU QUESTIONS AND THEN KEEP LYING TO ME. THE APP SAYS NO VERIFIED WEIGHT WAS RECEIVED, AND YOU WRITE ME EMAILS THAT YOU HAVE

I NEED THOSE GOAL WEIGHT POINTS ASAP, AND I HAVE EMAILED YOU THE SAME COPY I RECEIVED FROM CLICKS, THE SAME EMAIL YOU HAVE ALSO RECEIVED AND NOW CLAIMS YOU HAVE NO INFORMATION!!
