Vitality wellness / fitness check venues do not all exist nd closing down due to possible cost savings without notice

The service from Discovery Vitality is absolutely unprofessional and shocking! I was phone by them to book a vitality wellness check. told to be at the Claremont Virgin active gym at 8:00am on the 14th March 2024. I went there this morning after receiving a reminder of my appointment via sms yesterday evening. I got to the gym to be told they had closed the centre down on Friday last week. I was never informed about. I travel a lot and specifically made the effort to do this. I was after sending messages to their BOT and messaging them (the BOT is ineffective by the way) phoned 3 hrs later t say it is closed. this is shocking for a so called company that thinks it is ahead of its game. I do not recommend this product to anyone. all smoke and mirrors.
