Vitality Week Of Hell

<p>I don't know what's worse, having issues on the Dicovery website regarding my team vitality application or that there generally wasn't any communication regarding the status of the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reactivated my Team Vitality membership for the year with the hope that I would have my permanent running license issued before my first official race of the year on the 5th Feb but alas, it couldn't happen because Discovery websites were having issues. Aside from that, I have no recollection of the status of my ASA application after I submitted my application forms for my registration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, all I received was an email confiming that my membership was reactivated - still not the 2 phone calls from the call agents who were going to let me know whether I can come collect my race license or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part is the email states that Team Vitality is "the most rewarding club experience around", which this past week proves very different in that regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly, I will miss my first half marathon of the year. Thank you very much Team Vitality, you've officially made my year</p>
