Vitality website insufficient and user unfriendly

I am trying to do online assessment for my wife, but there is no place on there website on how to do that. I tried everything and at the end phoned but after the phone battery was used up, could not be helped. What an unfriendly website! Someone at Discovery Vitality should phone me at ***.
