Vitality vouchers don’t work!!!

It’s now happened to me too many times that the vitality vouchers and rewards don’t work at the retail partners they supposed to it happened yesterday at pick n pay,last month at sportsman’s warehouse and other retailers that I had to return the goods and was publicly embarrassed that I had to return the goods
