Vitality voucher for an unsafe Baby seat

I've been a Vitality member for over 12 years.Vitality gives a 60% discount voucher for a Nania baby seat to expected members to be redeemed at Reggies/ Babies R US or Toys R Us.I went to redeem my voucher on the 28th February 2015 and on arrival at the Toys R Us in Fourways,the baby seat I was given was a Cuddle Co brand and was told that Vitality instructed the store to sell us the Cuddle Co because the Nania was too hard and people were complaining about the quality of a Nania baby seat.Only to find that the Cuddle Co baby Seat does not harness on to the car seat. Instead each time the car makes a turn the baby seat moves, which is UNSAFE for the baby.I called Vitality to lodge a complaint and was told to speak to the store because I bought it from the store. I'm unable to go back to the store because I didn't make an agreement with the store to get the incorrect baby seat,I was acting on the fact that Vitality gave me a voucher to redeem but I'm a member of vitality and vitality has an agreement with the store so they must sort the issue out and not me.I pay vitality R199 monthly and gives me not service in return.I could donate this money to charity and feeding hungry kids.
