Vitality Vaccine Debacle

I recently noticed I had not received the vitality points for my son's vaccinations even though all the payments for these vaccines were made from my MSA through Discovery , on querying this I was told by the consultant that Discovery Health and Vitality systems are not linked (which made no sense) and that I would need to claim for these points manually by submitting the proof of vaccination. I duly did this with a print out from the Baby City clinic where all the vaccinations have taken place , this print out details all the required info (date ,type of vaccine , batch no etc) , now I receive an email from the geniuses at Vitality that my claim is invalid and that I need to send the vaccine card which has the exact same information but is hand written so actually probably less legible.. I mean Discovery is a place where common sense is unfortunately not common.
