Vitality Travel pushes their mistakes onto customers!

I booked a flight ticket and they allocated the wrong discount to the flights 60% instead of the 75%. And after calling them instead of refunding me they blame me and they cant do anything, after having been transferred to 6 different people.

This is ridiculous, it was a technical issue on Vitality travel side and i have to pay the consequences for your mistake. Unbelievably bad service.
