VITALITY TRAVEL POOR SERVICE

Vitality travel have the most unhelpful. They have a system error which didn't allow me to specify my kids which are 7 and 2. They so called solution is to cancel at 211 fee and rebook now when the system is sorted. So I must lose my booking fee and pay again to book. Wait 14 days for a refund. They even had the nerve to say I must book another room for my 7 year old. Booking directly with the loge is cheaper and more convenient. They are very rude and unhelpful and dont provide feedback unless you keep calling. Discovery is becoming more expensive with poor service and benefits. They just want to make money out of us
