Vitality Travel is does not work

I have been trying to get in touch with the Vitality Travel branch for the last few days. I have tried their call centre and was unable to get through after 45min +, I tried multiple times without success. I have tried to send them an email but there has not been a response yet (48 hours and counting) Clearly understaffed. I know flight cancellations due to Covid 19 is a problem but do not make your problem my problem.

I am trying to book a flight using Vitality but I want to pay for my flight using my Kulula TravelBank, but it is not available as a payment option, Accounting to Kulula the problem is on Vitalities side and not on their side.

What should I do?
