Vitality Travel Dissapoints

I booked a flight via Vitality Travel from OR Thambo to Cape Town - British Airways via Kulula. BA cancelled our flights, as they do not do local flights in RSA anymore On my enquiry, Vitality Travel advised that Comair is liquidated and that I should claim my money back from them Till date I have not heared anything from Comair Liquidations yet 1. As I booked via Vitality, why cant they refund me 2. Why cant Vitality assist me in a refund from the liquidators 3. I will definately never ever book again via Vitality
