Vitality Travel - Call Center (Poor service, rather, no service at all!)

We had an issue with a flight booking we made through the discovery website for British Airways. The airline could not pick up the ticket and the customer service department for the airline advised us to contact discovery directly. I then called Discovery directly but could not get a response, I kept waiting and waiting until I gave up. I then used the WhatsApp chat platform to interact with them and the lady that I chatted with gave me a phone number to contact Vitality Travel directly. Filled with hope, I called the number but I held for 1 hour 45 minutes before I finally gave up! ALMOST TWO HOURS on the phone waiting for assistance until I hung up. This is truly disappointing especially for me because I have almost all the products in the discovery portfolio. The customer service department needs a serious revamp. As I type this our ticket issue still hasn’t been resolved!!!
