Vitality travel benefit with no discovery bank account

How can discovery travel change their product offering and not informing their clients. I mean now you have to have a discovery bank account to maximise the travel benefit. If you don’t have a discovery bank account, all you get is 10% ? If that’s the case I must look in the market for other product offerings
