Vitality travel a *******

Discovery Vitality a *******. I have Discover Vitality which i pay for monthly. I am on bronze level which means I am suppose to get 20% off on flights with Kulula and British Airways. i have however taken screenshots as proof that this is not the case. On 5th of May i was checking flight prices, i first checked the prices prior to logging with my Discovery Vitality and the one flight in particular was MN602 DBN to JNB 15/06/22 at 9.00am was R 661.96, i thereafter logged with my Discovery Vitality the exact same flight was R 622.86. When i contacted Vitality about this both their emails stated that i was to take this up with Kulula. As per my email and this review i will do no such thing. I pay monthly for Vitality to enjoy and use certain discounts flights is one of them, discounted flights are offered to me as a Vitality member. who Vitality partners with is nothing to do me, my business is with Vitality and if there is a problem with the discount and prices they should take this up with their partners. Absolutely pathetic excuses from a huge company is simply unacceptable and i will not pay for such services.
