Vitality Travel
I am a client of Discovery and one of the perks of using discovery is Vitality Travel. During the covid period we were issued refunds for all our tickets which could be redeemed by phoning vitality travel.
I have been waiting to get through to them for over 3 hours to no avail.I have emailed them, instagram messaged them and have exhausted all possible options.
I am a student that needs to get back to Cape Town in order to write my final exams and without the use of the refund I will not be able to write my final exams.
Very sad that a company that prides themselves on service delivery has failed to follow through on their promises and product offering.

21 Oct 2021, 12:52I have phoned Vitality Travel again on *** and am still waiting "for the next available consultant" .I have been holding for 67 minutes and counting ...Its almost as if they have told their employees not to answer so people give up and don't claim their refunds...anything for a profit
