I have been working incredibly hard all year to reach gold status so that I could get discount on my flight to US and when i go to book today the system tells me that I need to book 6 weeks in advance. I called the call center and they say that they only make exceptions for funerals and emergency operations. The thing for me is that I never knew about this rule firstly and secondly we still have 1 month remaining and thirdly I have worked so hard to achieve gold status just for this trip and fourthly I have never made a claim in years and lastly I also have life and investment policies with Discovery so surely Discovery can look at the bigger picture and make an exception for being such a loyal client. Should discovery be unable to assist then I will definitely be moving my entire portfolio to Liberty. This will include moving my Parents portfolio as well which i'm responsible for paying
