Vitality the worst service ever

Joined shoe booster last year and even since that, the worst experience in terms of service. Initially reason that the service did not work was before it needed a month to fall with the goal circle, than it was a payment issue, that the purchase for the shoes where made before the service was active, now it is for a purchase that was made two before the shoe booster active.

This transaction was made July 2017, every time I follow up with Vitality it is a different version of what they perceive the issue to be. In all the "investigation" not one can advised if the service will work, should want to use it in the future. Guess not, I have made the activation payment, so who cares if it actually works. It took the incredible team a FULL MONTH to actually come up with the latest explanation. Vitality is the only thing that makes it worth being on discovery medical aid, however now even that has become a ****. And on the last "service" call, I had to deal with a person that was not able to even know pronounce my name and articulate themselves. The call was just basically as a way for him to call the query that was logged, so he could update and said he called and not have to explain the issue. I had a bad experience with Home Affairs last year, never in my life thought that I would prefer service receive from government agency to one of a so called "prestige" brand.

However looking at it now, that was a pleasant experience and the issue was resolved and the problem corrected. Everything around the shoe booster experience has me looking at distance myself as much as possible from Discovery related products. Now to work to cancelling all none essential products as the "value add" is more of a "value pain"

Thanks goodness this happened as I was about to re-entry into my iwatch journey. Thanks for the lesson learnt.
