VITALITY SYSTEM USELESS

Vitality and their service is worse than any government department. I want me to pay premiums but no reply when I call or when I email. Since 17 Sept no response. I am unable to link the app to vitality system to record points and to achieve target. After more than 10 calls and many emails still not resolved. Vitality system is not working and they could care less. But if you fill in a new client email they call immediatly, just to cut you off later. Totally useless
