Vitality system a mess

Can someone fix the mess with Vitality? It’s in a total state of chaos with myself and multiple people I know. Drive points not coming through and devices have been verified working at Discovery Sandton. Children’s points showing under adults and adult (Maternity) point under children. Antenatal points not earned for both parents. The list goes on. What is the point of Vitality which is a paid for service if very little actually works?
