Vitality sucks....

After being a Vitality member for over 18 years, I am extremely disappointed that Vitality refused to assist with me missing 1 swipe due to a mitigating circumstance. Instead they have now cancelled my gym membership and refuse to waiver the 1 missed swipe. So my for customer service and going the extra mile for loyal customers.
