Vitality subscription activated without my consent by Keylan Govender

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Discovery Vitality and their representative, Keylan Govender. Without my consent, Keylan activated a Vitality subscription on my account, despite my explicit instruction to cancel it from the beginning. This unauthorized activation is non-compliant and unprofessional, and it raises serious concerns about the ethics of this service.

I've contacted Discovery Vitality multiple times to resolve this issue, only to be met with ineffective responses. When I finally managed to reach an outbound call center manager, I was put on hold and left hanging without any resolution. I’ve had to take steps to reverse the debit order on my end, but I’m still worried that they may debit my account for a subscription I did not agree to.

This experience has left me feeling both frustrated and helpless. I urge Discovery Vitality to address this issue promptly and take accountability for this breach of trust. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I hope this review will encourage Discovery Vitality to improve their customer service and adhere to proper compliance standards.
