VITALITY STOP BEING SO USELESS - DO YOUR JOB!!!!!

<p>In reference to my 2 other posts about vitality not paying me my cash back for healthy foods.</p> <p>the first useless response was that it was being escalated. The second useless response from vitality was that it will take 3-5 working day to get back to me. VITALITY YOU HAVE BEEN SITTING WITH MY QUERY FOR CLOSE TO 3 WEEKS, YOU COULDNT RESOLVE IT IN 7 WORKING DAYS - WHY DO YOU NEED 5 MORE DAYS?????? ITS NOT DIFFICULT. SIMPLY TRANSFER THE MONEY INTO MY CURRENT (UPDATED) BANK ACCOUNT. WHAT KIND OF DUM MIES DO YOU HAVE WORKING THERE THAT NEED SIMPLE THINGS LIKE THIS TO BE EXPLAINED AND ESCALATED AGAIN AND AGAIN?</p>
