Vitality Ster Kinekor Kids not working
Ive been trying to get this issue resolved for more than 4 months now. I have two Vitality children movie cards that is not working. Ive called at least 13 times spent hours waiting to get through and every time consultant confirms there's a problem and that it will be escalated. The problem is STILL not resolved. 4 MONTHS. Been promised to be called back today BUT no callback. - Please fix my child's movie card benefits. Thank you.

*** Praat. Its not fixed 8 months later. Tell the Vitality Specialist I want to hear nothing else but its fixed and re-imburse for the money I spent for my movies. And HE/SHE must test the card numbers personally before they call.
