Vitality steps have not been backdated

I have been sending emails and contacting discovery vitality my watch has been connected with vitality and for some systems error my steps never updates with discovery and I was asked to email all history to vitality which I dit several months ago I received no response and sent the email another few times and now I'm fed up with discovery not responding when will my steps be backdated and when will I receive my discovery miles why is no one responding.
