Vitality status degraded!!!

I am disappointed with Discovery Vitality. I have been on Gold Status since the beginning of the year. The status I worked very hard for and all of a sudden because I moved my life policy my Vitality status was moved from Gold to Silver. What a load of nonsense. I reached my earning point ceiling in June 2017, which means can no longer earn point for the 2017 cycle and yesterday suddenly after I had been earning my points despite being told I had earned enough for the year I am back to silver from Gold. I am very upset with Vitality. For their non communication as to why my points status has changed.
