Vitality Sportsmans Warehouse Benefit

I spent over R3000 at Sportsmans Warehouse and swiped my Discovery Healthy Gear Card expecting to get 25% Cash Back - At about the 10th of the month i checked my account and nothing came through I phone Viltality help desk and i was told my card had expired even though there was no Expiry Date on the card and the card was accepted at Sportsmans Warehouse store. Apparently i had ordered a replacement card in 2016 and this had overridden this card.

Needless to say Vitality have told me they will not be refunding me the cash back
