Vitality Shoe Booster

I activated the shoe booster for R350. Ordered my shoes online. Sportsman's Warehouse had the wrong picture attached to the price. Got the shoes - they were obviously not the ones I wanted. Took them back the same day after work to the Pavilion. The Pavilion doesn't stock Puma's and advised that I go to Gateway. By then it was too late to go to Gateway so I went the next morning. Purchased the right shoes. Now Vitality is saying that I don't qualify because I returned the shoes and it didn't purchase new ones the same day! Firstly - it wasn't my fault that Sportsman's misrepresented the shoes on their website. Secondly - it was impossible for me to change the shoes on the same day. Again - how was I to know that the Pav wouldn't stock Puma's?!
