Vitality Shoe Booster

<p>I have activated shoe booster and been to total sports to purchase my running shoe. I was advised by total sports that it is a high milage road running shoe and it qualifies for shoe booster. Discovery now tell me its not a running shoe and does not qualify for shoe booster, and they have been trying to clarify with total sports. Its been two weeks now and still no resolution. The only reason I bought the shoe is because of the shoe booster and total sports insist it is an authentic running shoe. The service from discovery vitality has been really poor in the matter as they indicated the turnaround time to fix the query is 2 to 5 days. I am very unhappy as I cannot return the shoe as its over a month since I bought it!</p>
