Vitality service and rewards bogus

Good day,

I have called multiple times to cancel my Vitality. My exercise is not pulling through for me to get points. On last call I was told this problem can be solved and my call was dropped twice with no one still assisting. I now want to cancel as this service is really unacceptable and not going to keep paying if I don’t get my rewards for it.
