Vitality running licence frustration

After paying for my running licence and Vitality team membership, I was sent a message to collect my running licence in Menlyn.

It is about a 100km round trip for me and a real pain to get to. Lots of road works etc.

When I arrived at the Vitality shop I was told that the had just run out of licenses, but will courier mine to me.

Nothing came by courier.

So 2 weeks later I follow up, get a reference number and another promise to have it couriered. Nothing.

I call 5 days later, just to be told that I have to collect my running license in person.

After all the cost, time and expense!

Another promise of a call, that never came followed.

Additionally, Vitality rewards have been reduced and sometimes you receive rewards that you cannot use.

Discovery Vitality clearly only loves the bottom line and image but does not care about their "clients".

Turns out they are just another corporate monster
