Been a member of Vitality since October and they have the worst service. they promise cash back when you earn points but to get the cash back you need to swipe their card. I have been waiting for mine since. I have called twice and keep being told stories. I have also requested they link my gym activity but am still waiting. R219 going to waste every month.
