vitality rewards payback and vitality app

Hi <br> According to the website of I make 4 weeks worth of rewards I get 100% of my gym fees back. this has not happened. Could you please tell me why. Also you lump all payments together so I cannot see what is paid for food or gym rewards. How do I find this out?<br> Also when I respond to friend invites on the discovery vitality app the link email takes me to the discovery website where there is no link to accept the friend request.
