Vitality Rewards not so much rewarding!!

<p>I purchased a new watch to assist in achieving my weekly goals. This is to motivate and push in that extra training session if needed. I then activated my shoe booster and now Vitality plan to keep its member healthy and motivated was in full swing. In the beginning all was good. Then my workout started not to reflect on my weekly goals. I logged call and would get an automotive response stated we would get back to you in 3 working days. I don’t think Vitality understand "weekly goals" I then get some points allocated but not others with no reasoning. Then I log another query the following week with the same content. I add the question on why are some workouts reflecting and not others? I then get a response after 3 working days we will get back to you. I then get an email asking have I modified workouts? Firstly how do you modify a workout and secondly all my queries had screenshots attached!! So are you questioning my honesty? I then reply and call the call centre to try and get a speedy response, was I mistaken. So I sit here today with 2 weeks of "goal not achieved" points still not reflecting and no chance of ensuring I get my cash back incentive for my shoe booster. All I can expect from Vitality is an automotive response say we will look into in 3 working days and so be it. I was considering taking out discovery insure as they incentivise you there too. If I’m having such a horrible experience with this I can only imagine the future.</p> <p> </p>
