Vitality Rewards for International Flights

My husband and I am planning my first abroad trip to climb to Everest base camp in 2017. We got an mail a while ago about the 35% discount Vitality offers on international flights if you have a discovery credit card as well.<br> What we were not told is that certain flight schedules are not part of this Rewards plan. I checked and saw that Emirate airline is on the supplier list but the flight to Nepal, Kathmandu is not. Colleagues of mine flew to Nepal with Emirate and I mailed Discovery hoping for a consideration looking into the possibility to accommodate me with my request and maybe explore the option as I am sure I am not the only Discovery client from South Africa that wishes to take this trip.<br> I got a mail back stating sorry it is not part of the list and they cannot help me. I phoned today to the call centre to request a supervisor or manager to assist me and I was bluntly told that management said agents should be stern with customer about this and no negotiation can be done. I am absolutely flabbergasted by this response and utterly disappointing as do understand that contracts are in place for this transactions to take place but surely the supplier is not changing.
