Vitality Rewards fallacy!

<p>So discovery has recently started the active rewards program where you get a free drink of your choice from the Kauai outlets in the Virgin Active clubs.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 1st 2 times I got my drink no problem but the third time Kauai claimed the voucher given to me by discovery was not validating in their system.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called discovery to report the problem and found a lady that waisted my time and failed to assist, called again and found another somewhat helpful lady that gave me a referrence number and promised to have the issue sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>A week later I get an sms with a new Voucher number to claim against and guess what?! "the system says the voucher is invalid" said the Kauai lady!!!!! MXM</p> <p> </p> <p>OH and I know I've spent more money reporting this than it costs to buy the drink. #Principle</p>
