Vitality rewards doesn't give you a reward

Today after gym I went to go and collect my free smoothie as I achieved my goal in the prior week, after ordering my smoothie I then proceeded to try and redeem it on the app, after trying about 50 times and getting an error saying \failed to choose reward\" and avoiding embarrassment I had to then pay cash. It is not data as I am typing this on the same device. I am now out of pocket for something which discovery had promised and failed to deliver . Thank you very much discovery for not holding a promise once again"
