Vitality Rewards

I have been with Discovery Vitality for quite a while, and the reason why I am staying with them is because of the little rewards I receive. One of them is the benefit to get smoothies and food from Kauai restaurant or Health Bar. Well first it is very ANNOYING going to Virgin Active to get to the Kauai shop and they wont let you in. @ Montana. This is very very irritating and now this week I must found out that I cant claim smoothies or Protein shakes any more, now only hot drinks. Why de %^$$#)*(^&(*^&(&*^*&^ would I want to drink Hot coffee after a 3 hour bike ride or so. I Ride my bike 3 to 5 times a week and use to stop for protein shake on my way home, to use my benefit for training my ass off and discovery will reward my for exploding my hart rate. Now we are not allowed to get smoothies or so, I don't want coffee and I want to go and order for my self, and I have spoke to allot of people standing in front with the same issue as me. If the rewards system is getting worse by the day I rather cancel my Discovery Life policy, Car Insurance and vitality and move else where, were a rewards system to chase wont disappoint me. And now they took away the Nandos R100 meal. So everything that was nice to have is gone, and we are left with **** offers.
