Vitality Rewards

I have been very patient with Discovery Vitality, yet I have had so many problems regarding the vitality rewards!<br> <br> The first query I have- Logged last week with Hilda: <br> On your side it shows that I have reached my goal by my gym visits- however this did not reflect on my rewards- I therefore did not get my smoothie or my team smoothie or the sms with the magnum/ teddy for the orphanage. Hilda then sent me a voucher for my free smoothie, but I did not receive the other 2. This still has not been resolved. <br> <br> My second query- Logged with Halona- *** on the 04th Jan.<br> I went to gym on the 28th December- which she confirmed, however this did not pull through on my rewards, so again I am going to have another week where my goal \ has not been achieved"even though it has"
