Vitality relies on the most inaccurate medical info

You would think Discovery Health would be interested in getting the most accurate medical information about its Clients. Not so I just had a Health Check done which produced very odd results, particularly with cholesterol. I presented and submitted a full Lancet set of bloods including which showed Cholesterol normal. I then contacted my physician who stated that the finger ***** blood test is very often inaccurate - with many of his patients producing inaccurate results.

When I try to explain this to Discovery Vitality he simply stated that only the health check results will be taken. This makes no medical sense. Meanwhile I end up with thousands of point less.

What is the point of making health assessments an incentive based in inaccurate data when accurate results are available.
