Vitality refuses to give me my points

I'm starting to think that their new bank must be a really **** product because their very old vitality product is very buggy. I have now wasted too much time by trying to get them to update my vitality points. The process should have been simple. Sign up to discovery life with vitality, do the tests with a nurse that comes to your house and then claim the vitality points for doing the tests but the points have not reflected against my discovery profile. I passed all the tests. I logged 3 calls with them now and all of the agents were confident that they will resolve my problem but none of them have. 2 cases have already been closed without checking if my problem has been solved. Anyone who signs up to vitality please be advised that it maybe a **** as its impossible to accrue points.
