Vitality refunds for Woolworth

This is regarding the health food benefits which one gets from Discovery Vitality. For me the Vitality health food refunds did not work for 6 months. I logged a complaint with Discovery Vitality team regarding this issue. Its been close to 5 months now, I am battling to get any resolution. Every 5th day they close my incident and re-open a new incident and I just get an update of new incident being logged. Have got few calls from discovery in between just to inform me that they are working now this, but till date no resolution has been achieved. Discovery Vitality team just informs me every time that the matter has been escalated and I don't understand how many escalation levels they have. Till date I am struggling to get any kind of resolution to my problem which was report 5 months back. To add to my disappointment i got a call on 12th Sept from Khumi (Discovery Staff) to share the same info which has been shared with me in the past (working on the issue, this matter will be escalated) and I lost my patience. I tried to explain her my frustration but eventually she hung up the phone.
