Vitality query response shocking

<p>As a last ditch effort I am posting here. I added my husband as a dependant (from 1 March). As from mid February Vitality became a mess (gym membership not active, double Vitality profiles, no status etc) Many phone calls later the gym membership is sorted out but suddenly we both went to Bronze. I was on Gold (2017 being my third year and he was originally on Silver). I have lodged query after query and each time I am assured of assistance or of course the go-to word for all call centre agents..."escalated". My query has been escalated so many times it must be at a dizzying height by now BUT we are still on Bronze. 2 March - LUYANDA Reference number ********** 587, 9 March TRACY Reference number ********** 847, SHILUBA Reference number ********** 319. Vitality is most definitely doing great damage to the Discovery name, I am certain we are not the only people who are members of Discovery soley for the benefits, motivation and encouragement Vitality is meant to supply. When Vitality fails, there is no longer a reason to have our health, car insurance and life insurance (+-R9000 monthly) through Discovery.</p>
