Vitality Points - What a Joke

I worked very hard to get to Gold Status, which I reach last week, I still needed +- 9800 points to get to Diamond. This morning when I logged on, it somehow reverted and went back to me needing 1500 points to get Gold. This really upsets me. When I phoned to enquire, they were unable to help me. I phoned a few weeks ago to do my vitality health check-in. Please check your recordings, you will see that I was on Gold status. This is unacceptable.
