Vitality points system non working

<p>For the past 3 months I logged tens of calls regarding my rewards points not allocated. All I get from the is they are investigating. Then I get emails telling me the can't award the points any more because the cycle is closed. I am penalised because their system is not working. I am also losing money beacause I'm not getting rewards points. They are a bunch of useless idiots *****ing my money.</p>
