Vitality points still not awarded

Reference ***<br> I went for a fitness and nutritional assessment as a Vitality Health Check on the 25th of March. The points for the fitness and nutritional assessments were awarded soon after receiving the claims. Despite having paid for the Vitality Check (and me phoning to inquire) I still have not been awarded my points nor have I received any feedback from Discovery. Since my previous call the points for the HIV test have been added but despite receiving one claim for this and the Vitality Check the points for the Vitality Check remain a mystery. I phoned to check again this morning. My first call got cut and after getting through a second time I was told to phone back since Discovery was experiencing system issues. I would really appreciate this being resolved without having to spend any more time on the phone.
